Final Verdict

2023 gave us one of the greatest minor-league hitting seasons ever.
Four teenagers — all 20 or younger — put up monster numbers at advanced levels.
Any one of them could have been a unanimous choice in almost any other year.

We’re proud to call it a four-way tie for the ages and award all four as co-recipients of the 2023 Scout the Statline MiLB Player of the Year crown.

Congratulations to Jackson Holliday, Junior Caminero, Samuel Basallo, and Jackson Chourio — the best minor-league hitting class we’ve ever seen.

See you in the big leagues.
